Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When upgrading, you will only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Your Migration Fee Protection Guarantee amount increases with your new tier; the increase is subject to a standard 30-day qualifying period from the date of upgrade, while your existing guarantee amount continues unchanged.

Our guarantee protects your migration-related fees (visa applications, agent fees, medical costs, skills assessments, and more) if your application is unsuccessful through no fault of your own. Coverage amounts vary by plan — from $5,000 on Basic up to $25,000 on Premium and RCBI.

Premium is our highest-level plan for general visa, residency, and citizenship applications. RCBI Premium is a specialist plan designed specifically for Residency and Citizenship by Investment programmes, with tailored pathway tracking and access to specialist RCBI providers.

If you need to make a claim, contact us within 31 days of the circumstance arising. Please note: trigger events occurring within the first 30 days of your first paid membership fall inside the standard qualifying period and are not claimable. You will need to provide supporting evidence such as government correspondence, invoices, and receipts. Our claims team will guide you through the process.
