Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When upgrading, you will only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Your Migration Fee Protection Guarantee begins with your new tier and is subject to the standard 30-day qualifying period from the date of upgrade.
Our guarantee protects your migration-related fees (visa applications, agent fees, medical costs, skills assessments, and more) if your application is unsuccessful through no fault of your own. Coverage amounts vary by plan.
If you need to make a claim, contact us within 31 days of the circumstance arising. You will need to provide supporting evidence such as government correspondence, invoices, and receipts. Our claims team will guide you through the process.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All plans are billed annually.
Your membership can be renewed annually. If your visa has been granted during the period, your membership concludes. Otherwise, you can renew to maintain your pathway tracking and fee protection guarantee.
