Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When upgrading, you will only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period. Your Migration Fee Protection Guarantee amount increases with your new tier; the increase is subject to a standard 30-day qualifying period from the date of upgrade, while your existing guarantee amount continues unchanged.

Our guarantee protects your migration-related fees (visa applications, agent fees, medical costs, skills assessments, and more) if your application is unsuccessful through no fault of your own. Coverage amounts vary by plan.

Claims can be made for triggering events occurring 31 days or more after the date you paid for your paid membership. Events in the first 30 days of your payment date are not claimable. This applies once, on your first paid membership — it does not apply on renewal. All other membership benefits (pathway tracking, country guides, resource library, education content, MAYA, community) start immediately.

Once the first 30 days have passed (see above), you can claim for any triggering event covered by the Wording. Notify our claims team within 31 days of the event occurring — for example, within 31 days of receiving a visa refusal — and provide supporting evidence such as government correspondence, invoices, and receipts. Our claims team will guide you through the rest of the process.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All plans are billed annually.

Your membership can be renewed annually. If your visa has been granted during the period, your membership concludes. Otherwise, you can renew to maintain your pathway tracking and fee protection coverage.
